Deposits and withdrawals

You deposit by sending crypto directly to your personal address. It is credited to your balance automatically, in US dollars, as soon as the network confirms it.

How a deposit works

  1. Open Wallet and pick a coin and network. Your personal address and its QR code appear at once.
  2. Copy the address or scan the QR with your wallet app, then send any amount above the minimum from your wallet or exchange. There is nothing to fill in on our side.
  3. While the network confirms the transfer, the wallet shows it as incoming. Once confirmed, the amount is added to your real balance, any bonus is applied, and the platform switches you to the real account.

The address is yours and stays the same, so you can save it and send to it again later. Stablecoins are credited 1:1; other coins are converted to USD at the market price at the moment of crediting.

Always send a coin on the network shown next to your address; funds sent on another network may be lost. For XRP, include the destination tag shown in the wallet, or the transfer cannot be matched to your account. Transfers below the minimum shown under the address are not credited.

How to withdraw

  1. In Wallet, choose the coin and network, paste your address and enter the amount in dollars. The minimum is $10.
  2. The amount is held from your balance and the request is reviewed. While it is under review you can cancel it and the money returns at once.
  3. Approved requests are sent on-chain. The wallet shows each step: queued, sending, completed.
  4. If a payout cannot be delivered (for example, the address is invalid) it is marked failed and the full amount returns to your balance.

Before your first withdrawal

  • Turnover. Each deposit must be traded once on the real account, plus the amount of any active bonus. The wallet shows the remaining amount.
  • Verification. Larger withdrawals require identity verification. See the AML and KYC policy.
  • Two-factor authentication. If you enable it, a code is required for every withdrawal.

Uptick does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. The blockchain network fee applies to outgoing transfers.

How do I deposit?

Send crypto directly to your personal address: open the wallet, pick a coin (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, TON, BNB, TRX, XRP, LTC, DOGE, ADA or BCH), copy the address or scan its QR code, and send any amount above the minimum. It is credited to your balance in US dollars automatically once the network confirms it. Deposits and withdrawals.

How long do withdrawals take?

Every withdrawal request is reviewed, then sent on-chain to the address you entered. You can follow each step in the wallet: under review, queued, sending and completed. A request that is still under review can be cancelled and the money returns to your balance at once.

Why can I not withdraw right after a deposit?

Each deposit has to be traded once on the real account before it can be withdrawn, and a bonus adds its own amount to that turnover. This prevents the platform from being used to move money without trading. The wallet shows how much is left to trade.

Do I need to verify my identity?

Identity verification (an ID document and a selfie) is required before withdrawing larger amounts, and may be requested at any time under our AML and KYC policy. AML and KYC policy.
