Data we collect
- Account data: login, email, password (stored only as a secure hash), nickname, settings.
- Verification data: identity documents and selfies you upload, stored encrypted.
- Financial data: deposit addresses, transaction hashes, withdrawal addresses, balances and trade history.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and security logs.
Why we use it
- To provide the Platform: accounts, trading, payments and support.
- To keep accounts and payments secure and prevent fraud and bonus abuse.
- To meet legal duties, including anti-money-laundering checks.
Sharing
We share data only as needed with our payment processor for cryptocurrency transfers, hosting and infrastructure providers, and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and storage
We use a secure session cookie to keep you logged in and browser storage for preferences such as the selected market. We do not use advertising cookies.
Retention
We keep account, transaction and verification records for as long as your account is open and afterwards for the period required by anti-money-laundering and accounting rules. Security logs are kept for a limited time.
Your rights
You can access and update your data in your profile, and delete your account from the profile page. You may request a copy of your data or ask questions at [email protected]. Some records must be kept for legal reasons even after deletion.
Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), verification documents are encrypted at rest, and two-factor authentication is available for every account.
