Terms of service
These terms govern your use of uptick.trade and the Uptick applications (the "Platform"). By creating an account you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You may not use the Platform if fixed-time options or similar products are prohibited where you live or are located. You are responsible for checking and following the laws that apply to you.
2. Your account
- One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or shared.
- Keep your password, two-factor codes and recovery codes secret. Actions taken with your credentials are treated as yours.
- Information you give us must be true and kept up to date.
3. Trading
- A trade is a forecast of whether a market price will be higher (Call) or lower (Put) than the entry price at expiry.
- The payout percentage, stake and expiry are shown before you confirm and are fixed for that trade.
- The result is determined by the entry price and the closing price recorded by the Platform at the opening and expiry times. If no reliable price is available, or the closing price equals the entry price, the stake is returned.
- Trades are final once opened.
- We may change available markets, payouts, limits and expiries for new trades at any time.
4. Demo account
Demo balances have no monetary value, cannot be withdrawn and may be reset or limited.
5. Deposits and withdrawals
- Deposits and withdrawals are made in the cryptocurrencies and networks listed on the Platform. Sending a coin on an unsupported network may cause a permanent loss for which we are not responsible.
- Deposits are credited in US dollars at the rate described on the deposits page.
- Withdrawals are paid only to addresses you provide, after the turnover requirement is met and any verification is completed. We may review, delay or decline a withdrawal where required by our AML and KYC policy.
6. Bonuses
Bonuses are subject to the bonus terms. We may cancel bonuses and related winnings obtained through abuse, multiple accounts or other breach of these terms.
7. Prohibited activity
- Multiple or shared accounts, or acting on behalf of another person.
- Exploiting errors, delays or price-feed faults; using software to interfere with the Platform.
- Money laundering, fraud, or the use of funds from illegal sources.
We may suspend or close an account involved in prohibited activity, cancel affected trades and bonuses, and report it to the authorities where required.
8. Risk
You accept the risks described in the risk disclosure. We do not provide investment advice. Signals, the AI assistant, autopilot and copy trading are tools; you remain responsible for your trades.
9. Availability and liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We aim for continuous service but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
10. Closing your account
You may close your account at any time from your profile; withdraw your balance first. We may close an account with notice, or immediately in case of breach of these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
