What is Uptick?
Uptick is an online platform for fixed-time trading (also called binary options). You pick a market, a stake and an expiry from 5 seconds to 5 minutes, then decide whether the price will be higher (Call) or lower (Put) when the timer ends. The payout is fixed and shown before you enter.
Is there a free demo account?
Yes. Every new account gets a one-time $100 demo balance (one per device and network). The demo has all 55 markets, uses the same charts and order panel as the real account, and needs no deposit. Demo account rules.
What is the minimum trade?
The minimum stake is $1 and the maximum is $5,000 per trade on the real account. On the demo account the maximum stake is $1,000.
Which markets can I trade with real money?
The real account trades 15 crypto pairs priced from live exchange data, with payouts from 79% to 88%. The other markets (currencies, commodities, stocks and indices) are available on the demo account. Full list of markets.
How do I deposit?
Send crypto directly to your personal address: open the wallet, pick a coin (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, TON, BNB, TRX, XRP, LTC, DOGE, ADA or BCH), copy the address or scan its QR code, and send any amount above the minimum. It is credited to your balance in US dollars automatically once the network confirms it. Deposits and withdrawals.
How long do withdrawals take?
Every withdrawal request is reviewed, then sent on-chain to the address you entered. You can follow each step in the wallet: under review, queued, sending and completed. A request that is still under review can be cancelled and the money returns to your balance at once.
Why can I not withdraw right after a deposit?
Each deposit has to be traded once on the real account before it can be withdrawn, and a bonus adds its own amount to that turnover. This prevents the platform from being used to move money without trading. The wallet shows how much is left to trade.
How does the first-deposit bonus work?
Your first deposit of $10 or more gets a +100% bonus (up to $1,000). The bonus is optional: you can switch it off before depositing or cancel it later. Bonus terms.
What happens if the price does not move?
If the closing price equals the entry price, the trade is a tie and the full stake is returned.
Do I need to verify my identity?
Identity verification (an ID document and a selfie) is required before withdrawing larger amounts, and may be requested at any time under our AML and KYC policy. AML and KYC policy.
Is my account protected?
You can enable two-factor authentication with any authenticator app; it is then required at login and for withdrawals. Repeated wrong passwords temporarily lock the login.
Can I lose money?
Yes. When a forecast is wrong you lose the stake of that trade. Fixed-time trading is high risk and is not suitable for everyone. Read the risk disclosure before trading with real money.
